1. Lessons & Payments

   • All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance through our website.

   • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

   • You may reschedule a lesson with at least 3 days’ notice.

   • Cancellations made less than 3 days before a lesson may be charged in full.

3. Student Responsibilities

   • Students should attend lessons on time and be prepared with any required materials.

4. Tutoring Services

   • Tutoring is for educational support only and does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or outcomes.

5. Website Use

   • We are not responsible for any technical issues beyond our control (internet, software, devices, etc.).

6. Privacy

   • Personal information (such as name, email, and payment details) is used for lesson scheduling, communication, payment processing, etc.
